Finally an Iranian film director accepts the Oscar for the Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards in Holleywood.
Asghar Farhadi is a real artist that has directed some beautiful movies (such as "چهارشنبه سوری"(The last wednesday of the year) and "درباره الی"(About Elli)) which I have proudly seen and All of them had some serious words to say.
His last movie, " جدایی نادر از سیمین (A Separation)", also is a fantastic movie which tell about the new generation of Iranian families and challenges they are faced with. I find it a film that focused on the truth and the poses that humans get around it.
The beauty of farhadi's films is their realism and situations that every one can experience. When you see these movies, you cant tolerate any interrupts, I think. In another word you will glued to the screen.
Another aspect of Farhadi is his moderate character in the worldwide sessions which I really like it. Specially his speakings. His sentences while accepting the Oscar Award was as follows:
"At this time, many Iranians all over the world are watching us and I imagine them to be very happy. "
"At a time of talk of war, intimidation and aggression is exchanged between politicians, the name of their county, Iran, is spoken here through her glorious culture, a rich and ancient culture that has been hidden under the heavy dust of politics."
"I proudly offer this award to the people of my country, the people who respect all cultures and civilizations and despise hostility and resentment."

Today is Ashoora, one of the best days of year, for thinking about any things that we assume values for them. Some issues like humanity, freedom and loyalty.
Ashoora was a bloody day in about 1370 years ago, as a temporal view, when a man, Imam Hossein, stayed against a world of filth and finally hugged a honorable death for himself and his respectful family. Nowadays, as a symbolic view, Ashoora becomes a day for fighting against any kind of human slavery, at least in the Islam world.
"Not be a oppressor, nor live under the oppression",the major slogan of Imam Hossein, as I think, is our direct sign in our life.

Today is the first day of Ramadan, a special auspicious month for us to become closer and closer to our holy origin, our God, by fasting.
In this month we must abstain from eating, drinking and any sensual pleasures from dawn to dusk to improve the virtues like patience and humility inside ourselves. Indeed we must control ourselves when the sun inhabits in the sky, a kind and tender metaphor.
It is mandatory task for every Muslim, but a sweet one. It is undoubtedly obvious that your soul become burnish and tenuous, when you bear the disagreeable sensing of hungry and drought and when you try to deny doing any task which it seems to be immoral.
Ramadan is an opportunity for every Muslim to become better humankind after that.
We celebrate this holy blessed month.

Many years ago, when I was studying for Bsc, there was a series of bookstores in Mashhad, which had a lot of old and second hand books, and almost all of these bookstores were placed in the center of the city, around Sarab square and the streets end to Khosravi's one. These stores had a very exciting and motivated atmosphere, because of this fact that almost all of their customers were professional bookworms and especially some experts in a various scopes of knowledge (of course except me).
Spending the time with them was not accounted as your life time, so I cast a lot of my free time in these bookstores and almost try to just listening to their discussions. It was very joyful and rich experience for me.
Another factor which I found it very attractive was that they offer a variety kind of books and didn’t fall in the self censorships. I always liked these bookstores and admire their freedom sense. Nowadays whenever I think to those days and return to that experiences, a nice sense capture my mind.
Some years later, I found a similar bookstore in my hometown, Birjand. The Ghohestan bookstore, whose founder and manager was Mr Alireza Chaji. I was occasionally going to his bookstore and telling a lot about the recent books, the authors, and other things. I had become familiar with him from the time that he has a very little bookstore in the traditional bazaar of birjand. I found that his bookstore is the only serious ones that I'd like. There was a very good place for confabulation.
About one week ago, I heard that Alireza Chaji ,the manager of one of the best bookshops in this city, was died. He was one of the best among my friends, although he didn’t understand this at all.

A Thousand Splendid Sun “appropriate my whole last week, but it was worth it. This book is a precious novel which narrates the story of two women; Mariam and Leila, in the land of poverty and mustiness; Afghanistan.  The versatile writer; Khaled Hosseini, who shows his power in his first published book ,The Kite Runner, has a coherent and fluent style in this novel, so any reader would attract to and enjoy a lot by reading it.
In this remarkable story you can find and deeply sense the tragedy of war effects on the human being life. Ruin and disaster penetrate in whole aspects of people life because of about thirty years of political anarchy which starts from the Soviet attack to the Afghanistan to the supremacy of the Taliban.
Some beautiful concepts like deep relationships between people and families, permanent love and priceless cultural and historical inheritances are depicted in this novel and finally reader can find that all of these can be harmed and destroyed by the lack of human rationality.
I believe that this kind of novels help us a lot to understand our position in the real current world, which is full of injustice, brutality and irrationality. I am thankful for Mr Asoodeh, my English teacher which introduces this valuable book to me.
